From the support website you are able to search the knowledge base and support documentation by product, submit a request for a problem ticket, interact with our support technician from our online meeting center as well as get quick warranty and RMA service.  In addition, you can modify their profile to receive automatic e-mail notifications of relevant news and product change notices.
