LightRiver has developed, implemented and utilizes a proprietary turn-key process that is a deterministic and proven methodology of deploying complex telecommunications networks. Our field proven process provides all team members responsible for implementing your network with a play book so they can concentrate on what they are doing and not what they have to do. This leads to repeatability, higher quality, faster times to deployment and reduced cost, which leads to the ultimate goal: customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance 
Old fashioned value with next-generation know-how.  If you’re not satisfied with the job, neither are we – and we will work with you to make it right.  LightRiver processes have quality assurance at their core – rest assured that it’ll be done right the first time. 

Engagement
Once you engage the LightRiver Integration Technical Services Team, you will be assigned a Project Manager (PM) to handle all of the Project Plan details.  Upon assignment, your PM will host a kick-off meeting and/or call to finalize the Project Plan and set regular check-points.

Transition/Detailed Engineering
Transition Engineering moves your project from a preliminary engineering plan of attack to the Detailed Engineering plan. A Site Survey is performed to test the assumptions made to develop the initial SOW and engineering efforts.   This is a critical component to creating the final Engineering Design Package (EDP) that will be used for actual Installation, Integration and Test & Turn-Up.

Mobilization – Installation and Integration
Armed with final EDP and SOW, your LightRiver Certified Integration Services Specialist is deployed to Install, Integrate and Test & Turn-Up your new network, or upgrade.  This is where all the planning, attention to detail, nail-biting and sleepless nights come to fruition.  Your network has to work and traffic can’t be dropped in the process.  LightRiver’s certified installation specialists have countless hitless installs under their belts.

Test & Turn-Up
Hope is not a strategy in mission-critical networks.  Nor is crossing your fingers and flipping the switch.   Before any system we install is turned-up to carry live traffic, all installation and integration engineers thoroughly test the gear, connections and configurations to ensure that they are service-ready.  The go-live decision is only made after all critical-checklist items are positively accounted for and double-checked.  You wouldn’t fly a plane without completing a pre-flight inspection, nor would we turn-up your 5-9’s reliable network without employing a similar process.

Job Completion
LightRiver doesn’t sign-off on a job as complete, until you agree.   A formal Job Completion Notice is sent to you by your Project Manager when we have completed all work according to the SOW and Detailed Engineering plan.   The key components of the project are listed and a place is given to you to check-off and sign-off on the plan.
