Glenn A. Johansen, CEO
Glenn Johansen's vision
and guidance have made LightRiver Technologies
an important player in the telecommunications
and optical networking industry. An industry
veteran, Glenn founded LightRiver in 1998
to provide customers with levels of support,
services, and customized "carrier-grade" networking
solutions unavailable from large manufacturers.
Glenn works closely with the management team
in developing the overall company strategy
and external business relationships. He continues
to play an active role in maintaining existing
client relationships as well as in developing
new business opportunities.
A 15-year industry veteran, Glenn has
a deep understanding of non-traditional telecommunications
customers and their unique needs. Prior to LightRiver, he served
at Alcatel-Lucent for over 10 years, most recently as General
Sales Manager for Emerging markets in the Western United States.
While at Alcatel-Lucent he held a number of positions in product,
sales and market management.
Glenn is the recipient of numerous awards,
including the Summit of Excellent Award, Alcatel-Lucent's top
accolade for excellence in business innovation and sales leadership.
At AT&T Network Systems, Glenn participated in the company's
Leadership Continuity Program, an accelerated management training
program for top company executives. Glenn began his career
as an engineer in the aerospace industry at Singer-Kearfott
developing and building laser gyroscopes used in inertial navigation
systems.
Glenn received a BS in Mechanical Engineering
from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northeastern
University. |

Michael P.
Jonas – President Global Sales & Marketing
With LightRiver Technologies since 2003,
Mike is responsible for corporate and business development
and strategic marketing and sales in all areas as President
Global Sales & Marketing.
Mike has founded, built and run several companies
during his career, both public and private, and has been successful
in applying new software, hardware, communications and manufacturing
technologies, methods and services to the needs of his clients. This
background provides a deep understanding of the challenges faced
by independent network operators and service providers and the
value in identifying unique solutions to aid in their growth.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree
as well as an MBA. |

Garrett P. Grunewald,
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
As CFO & COO, Gary manages LightRiver’s
finance, accounting, operational functions, as well as having
primary responsibility for financial strategy, tax issues,
and investor and banking relationships. Gary joined LightRiver
in July of 2001. Prior to earning an MBA, Gary served at BancBoston
Capital looking at investments across all types and stages
of private equity.
Prior to that, he served at BancBoston Securities
and KPMG in investment banking roles. Gary received an MBA from
the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a BS in Finance from
the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. |

Howard H. Yang, Chief Information
Officer
As CIO, Howard is focusing on developing
and implementing the company's technology plan, while increasing
it's internet presence. Howard joined LightRiver in March
of 2002. Previously Howard served at WR Hambrecht + Co. as
senior member of the Web Development team working on implementing
a web based IPO/Debt auction system, along with developing
the venture capital web system.
Prior to that, he spent 6 years at State Street
Corporation in numerous technical capacities. Howard received a
BA in Financial Administration from Michigan State University. |

Dean L. Campbell – Chief
Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Dean is responsible
for the development of LightRiver's product and technology
solutions portfolio.
Dean brings over 20 years of IT management,
software applications development, and large-scale data-networking
experience to LightRiver. With experience in several startups,
Dean most recently served as VP of Technology Services for US
Fleet Services. |

Dave Courtney – VP Professional Services / Project
Management
Dave has 30+ years in the Telecom industry
with Western Electric, AT&T & Alcatel-Lucent in Operations
and Contracting services. Technology and Management
experiences consisted of managing large installation support
teams and managers on AT&T, SBC and Commercial customers
within the Pacific regional area. Dave’s project management
skills supported 5ESS, Transport, Power and OSP equipment
and service deployments. Dave is very skilled in installation
activities & industry requirements such as Support Products,
Quality, Safety, Service Protection & Scheduling.
With LightRiver Technologies since 2003, Dave
coordinates all services activities and provides Project Management
on selected projects. |
